Just 47 minutes after Conor Benn was declared a perfect score winner over Chris Eubank Jr, Chris Eubank Sr rushed into the ring, snatched the microphone from Michael Buffer’s hand and roared before the whole world: “I demand a doping test IMMEDIATELY! This result is unacceptable!”
Before that, Chris Eubank Jr. quietly gave his father a 42-page document – Eubank’s team’s own test results detected “banned substance group S2 (peptide hormone)” in a urine sample taken from Benn’s bag before the match.
